Traitement de vos données
Les informations recueillies sont indispensables pour assurer la gestion des inscriptions et le suivi des formations ou congrès-formation organisés par le Service formation continue (SFC) de l’Université de Strasbourg.
La base légale de ce traitement est l’exécution d’un contrat (Article 6 (1) b. du RGPD).
Les données seront traitées par les personnels en charge de la gestion des formations ou congrès-formation au sein du SFC.
Pourront être destinataires de vos données les intervenants des formations mais aussi les sous-traitants avec lesquels le SFC travaille.
Elles pourront être conservées pendant 5 années après votre inscription, puis faire l’objet d’un archivage définitif.
Le SFC met en œuvre des mesures de sécurité appropriées.
Le traitement ne prévoit pas de prise de décision automatisée.
Vos données pourront faire l’objet d’un transfert hors de l’Union européenne, notamment dans le cadre de l’organisation de cours en visioconférence.
Vous disposez de droits d’accès, rectification et suppression de vos données. Vous pouvez également vous opposer au traitement de vos données ou en demander la limitation. Pour les exercer la demande peut être adressée au SFC à l’adresse suivante : sfc-contact@unistra.fr.

Si après nous avoir contacté, vous estimez que vos droits n’ont pas été respectés vous pouvez introduire une réclamation auprès de la CNIL
